This policy explains how BRÜMA handles information shared through catering requests on Meta/Facebook, Instagram and our website.
What we collect
We collect the details you provide when you ask about catering or join our catering interest list. These can include your name, email address, phone number or other contact details, event dates and times, guest count, event location and a description of your event. Some details may be included in your message rather than a separate form field.
If you use our pickup inquiry page, the details you choose to send can also include your desired product, quantity, preferred date and notes.
How we use your information
We use this information to send menus, answer your requests, manage catering interest and prepare quotes. We may contact you using the details you provide to discuss your request.
Joining the list is not a booking. Sending an inquiry or requesting a quote does not reserve a date or confirm catering.
How requests are handled
Our current website inquiry forms prepare an email draft to admin@hellobruma.com or let you copy the inquiry text. They do not automatically send your request or save it in a website customer database. Opening a draft or copying text does not mean BRÜMA has received it; you need to send the email or share the copied text yourself.
Requests you send are handled through the email, messaging or Meta services used to receive and answer them. Information submitted in Meta/Facebook or Instagram forms and messages is handled on those platforms and shared with BRÜMA for follow-up.
Services involved
Meta provides Facebook and Instagram forms and messaging. Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy.
Manus provides hosting for this website and its images and files. Email services deliver inquiries and our replies. Text-message services handle messages sent to our text-only privacy contact. These services handle information involved in using their services; their own policies and settings also apply.
The hosting also adds Manus Analytics, through manus-analytics.com, to measure website visits. This site-usage measurement is separate from the catering details you choose to send in an inquiry.
If you choose to open the interactive map or directions on our website, Google Maps handles that interaction. The embedded map loads only when you choose to open it.
Referral details in links
If a link contains a campaign or referral label, our website may include that label in the inquiry draft so we can understand where the request came from. This feature does not use cookies or local browser storage to save your inquiry.
Optional marketing messages
Consent to future marketing is optional and separate from requesting catering. You can ask for a menu or quote without agreeing to promotional messages. Requesting catering is not, by itself, permission for unrelated future promotions.
The optional marketing checkbox on our pickup inquiry page records a preference in your inquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you.
If you choose to receive promotional messages, you can ask us to stop at any time using the text-only contact below.
Corrections, deletion or stopping messages
To request a correction to your information, ask us to delete it or stop promotional messages, text BRÜMA at:
